The objective of this project was to determine the responses of nitrogen-fixing trees to CO₂ enrichment and temperature increase, particularly in regard to carbon fixation, respiration, nitrogen fixation, nutrient uptake, and allocation patterns of carbon and nitrogen, and to determine how these responses may be influenced by resource availability (nutrients, water and light).
